Complaining to Contributing
Do you have complainers in your work environment? How are you managing complainers to move from negative complaining to helpful contributing?
There are specific strategies you can implement to better manage complainers. Sometimes, complainers have ideas for change that are really positive. Unfortunately, the only way they know how to start the process for change is through their complaining. As managers and leaders, it is our job to identify complaints as an opportunity to build employee engagement through active listening and problem solving.
