Pause Before You Send
You send an e-mail message and before you know it the receiver is sending back a message full of hostility.

What would we do without electronic communication? It does create efficiency and allows us to interact with friends, family and coworkers at breakneck speed. There are times when the "old-school" face-to-face communication is our best resource for success!
