Strategies for Letting Go
How can you let go of those things you can't control?
How can we move on from negative situations or feelings?
Where do you start?
Whether it is a situation at the office, a past or bad relationship or a mistake we made in the past, letting go of the feelings, guilt and embarrassment of these situations can be freeing and a motivating factor in our lives.
This week we examine the strategies for letting go of those things that are prohibiting our growth and our success. We can then begin to positively move towards our goals and to those things we want in our lives.
