Each of us has a habit that we want to change or to create. Some of us want to improve our health, some of us want to improve our work habits and some of us want to improve our how we treat others. So how do we change our habits? By analyzing our current habits and determining what triggers the habit, we can determine how best to change that habit so we can be more productive, healthier and feel better about ourselves.
